1. Nuclear arsenals have costs: in money and in potentially making one's country a target. There are other resource costs as well, like putting smart minds to this problem rather than those that would make a humanitarian difference.

just using that and a tip from @z3dster gets me 6 accounts to look at.

those are all troll factory/internet research agency accounts.
so pull the accounts that follow them.
you get all these shady looking accounts with the same stats.
drop the false positives, drop the duplicates. you get about 180 accounts worth looking at.
