Can expect more detail on protecting workers’ rights and environment. But not Jeremy Corbyn's customs union.
Malthouse compromisers hoping for quick decisions may be disappointed. Current talks are about arrangements to find alternative arrangements i.e. timetable
Can expect that Donald Tusk/Jean-Claude Juncker letter of January would be turned into a joint interpretative statement. Something with more legal weight for judges. You can call it a codicil if you like.
But real decisions expected before that summit. EU wd much prefer MPs to have voted on deal before summit, or reached a decision on extension request.
