Profiles tonight are marginal all around but worth mentioning. Not a lot of sunshine today and it has been cold. Profiles are somewhat supportive of spotty freezing drizzle. Not certain if sufficiently moist. Doesn't look like it goes into AM commute either with wind shift.

Worth mentioning that once upon a time the #BurnabySouth by-election was going to be about a pipeline that suddenly had way more public support than it did before.

Why is Singh even running outside of Ontario anyway? Does the NDP still think Burnaby is their *only* shot?
I mean there’s nothing wrong per se with a leader getting parachuted into a BC riding from a million miles away... but why?

If Singh needs to be in the house *now*, why not run in a sooner by-election? Why is the NDP fixed on parachuting him in from thousands of kilometers away?
Parachuting a candidate is all about convenience. Parties do it because it’s an opportunity for something they can’t get any other way.

So why is *waiting* for the Liberals to call a byelection thousands of kilometers away from where Singh is from in Ontario a smart move?

Today sucked on a level that can possibly only be found in another plane of existence.

I shut myself in my exam room and cried for a few minutes today bc I love my job but that doesn't mean I love everyone I work with, or that I adore my employer currently. See my pinned tweet.
Sometimes depression and dealing with sensory processing issues make me feel like I'm incredibly stupid. Like I'm bad at things there is no evidence of me being bad at. And someone I know, knows how to hit that button.
It's hard to explain if you don't feel it yourself. I can save lives. I can get an IV or blood draw on almost anything with even a low blood pressure. I take on extra educational work to keep up with stuff. At the same time I can feel like I'm terrible at my job & being human.

Today at #LabourLive, Jeremy Corbyn set out a list of principles and objectives that a Labour government would pursue. I agreed with every single one. However.
Brexit. Goes. Against. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.
I admit that the banner we held on our side was too big. I hadn't actually seen it until we held it up. So I am sorry to anyone whose view we obstructed. But the backlash we got was expressly not about the banner. It was that we dared to question Jeremy Corbyn at #LabourLive.
Worth mentioning: The reason you only see the red banner in the other photos (and not the blue one on the right) and the reason I'm not in the big photo, is because #LabourLive security took our banner from us, promising to return it to use in a couple of minutes, but never did.

#Today's story to #EndFamilySeparation Four months ago, Dad and 4-month-old entered at the Texas/Mexico border and requested #asylum. Dad and child were immediately separated and the baby put in ORR custody. #FamiliesBelongTogether
Dad was detained in a #Texas detention center where @RAICESTEXAS consulted. Dad accepted a deportation to be quickly reunited w/ his infant child. However, the Dad was deported & NOT his child. The now 8-month-old baby has been in ORR custody for 4 months. #EndFamilySeparation
The Mom and Dad now have once weekly Skype calls with their 8-month-old baby. That's right, folks. They Skype with an infant. #EndFamilySeparation #FamiliesBelongTogether
