Inside the single market (and during any transition), services companies in the UK can provide their services across the whole EU. With no deal, that won't be the case:
- they'll need to comply with national regulations in each EU country they want to operate in
- they'll need to comply with national regulations in each EU country they want to operate in
- they may face restrictions on ownership
- they may need visas to provide services in the EEA
- they may need to change how they handle EU data
- they may need visas to provide services in the EEA
- they may need to change how they handle EU data
Of course, under no deal, different rules would apply to UK firms depending on which EU country they want to operate in - so the Govt is putting out info for all the different member states
tl;dr? Selling services to the EU will get much, *much* more complicated after a no deal Brexit
