2. It is not hard to see what happened here. A PAC and an LLC are formed by Chakrabarti. The PAC takes campaign donations and pays the LLC for services. So Chakrabarti uses campaign funds to pay himself. He is currently @AOC's chief of staff. 
3. By the way, @AOC was in on the whole thing, because according to other reports I have seen in the media, she also had an official role of some sort on Chakrabarti's LLC. So it's all in the family, during the campaign, and even today. They are all in this together.
