Story of Rudra Mahalaya-Jami Masjid can help us understand how Islamists can be made to yield on Ayodhya, Mathura and Kashi. Thread:-

Rudramahalaya Temple was destroyed by Ulugh Khan in 1297-98 and it was converted into a Mosque. This Mosque was declared a "national monument" and its maintenance and protection was entrusted to ASI in 1954.

Soon Trustees of this Mosque standing over the grand Hindu temple complex were angry with ASI and complained to High Court that ASI is not taking care of Mosque and necessary repairs and maintenance work is not being carried out.

As a result High Court issued notices to the ASI and it had to give a solemn undertaking that it will soon carry out necessary repair work at this Mosque and will also "lay out a garden" to beautify the Mosque. Mosque trustees never knew what they had started.

To carry out repair work and beautify the Mosque by planting a garden, ASI started digging trenches and soon remains of one of the greatest architectural marvel in the history of Hindus started emerging from beneath the Sidhpur Mosque.

Now Islamist ecosystem from Gujarat to Delhi was literally in a state of "kaato to khoon nahi". They were running from High Court to Minorities Commission demanding that ASI should immediately stop repair work, that they don't want any garden and that temple remains be reburied

This Jami Mosque at Sidhpur was constructed in full compliance with Islamic doctrine of using materials from the demolished Temple. It had double wall, inner one being "built out of the vedika pilasters and other ruins of Rudramahalaya Temple".

When ASI removed the outer wall of this Mosque what was revealed?

4 armed Varuna and Vayu;
Standing Ascetics;
8 armed Chamunda;
16 armed Shiva carrying sarpa, khatvanga and khetaka;
4 armed Shiva as Nagraj
