I just filled out a 2-paged form online, to make a complaint w/the DC Bar against Manafort's attorney, Kevin M. Downing, Esq., for making false statements re Judge Amy Berman Jackson's findings on 3/13/19.

I also filed a complaint with the VA State Bar - as that is where EDVA is - yet I am not sure if they will accept it. However, their complaint process is online/quick, so I figured why not. The worse they can do is reject it:

Here's some proposed text, if you like; I'm not an attorney of course, so to some, it may sound awful. Apologies.

1. Kevin M. Downing, Esq., misrepresented the findings of Judge Amy Berman Jackson during a televised press conference, on 3/13/19. Link:

2. Further, after the televised press conference, the president of the United States then took attorney Downing's comments, and further misrepresented Judge Amy Berman Jackson's findings to the wider public via his social media account (link):

3. Attorney Downing was warned by Judge Berman Jackson not to misrepresent her findings during a sentencing hearing, also on 3/13/19 (link):

4. Kevin M. Downing must be disciplined and/or sanctioned due to the violation of Judge Amy Berman Jackson's express order; explicitly, not to misconstrue her findings.

This is interesting, there is a document that does address attorneys' statements to the media at the VA state bar website, and Kevin M. Downing is definately in violation, to me, at least:

and orders of the court concerning publicity...."

"...In the absence of a specific rule or order, a lawyer should
