Opposing antisemitism isn’t Islamophobia. The fact that you think it is says a lot more about you than Chelsea Clinton.
It’s actually terrifying how many people are openly suggesting that and being cheered on for doing so.
And it’s not random alt-right trolls justifying antisemitism and insisting it is central to Muslim identity, it’s people with blue checks by their names. People who work at major publications.
And the goal here btw is to try to bully people like Chelsea Clinton or anyone with a platform who would speak out against Omar’s brand of antisemitism into silence. This they would normalize that brand of bigotry. Sadly, it has led to a lot of silence and fear of condemning it.
