That's not the question that was asked. The question is about power & who wields it. Women are making strides, but it's laughable if you think that the examples you raise flip the hierarchy.

So let's examine that power in the industries you mentioned.

Higher Education:

Women earn 57% of undergrad, 59% of Master's degrees, and a majority of PhDs.

But they only account for:
- 32% of professorships
- 30% of college presidencies

And the pay disparities in higher ed are terrible
Health Care:

Women account for 80% of spending in healthcare and are 65% of the health care workforce. 40% of physicians & surgeons are women.

But women only make up:
- 30% of senior leadership roles
- 13% of CEOs
- 16% of med school deans

The pay gap here is also notable
Education:

76% of K12 teachers are women, along with 52% of principals. But fewer than 25% of superintendents are women.

Women teachers make (on average) $7000 less per year than their male counterparts - and some of those gaps grow wider even after accounting for other factors
But sure, keep burying your head in the sand. Yes, things are getting better for many women. But in some fields, the gender pay gap and lack of representation is actually getting *worse*.

You're either a fool or a troll if you think things are in any way fair and equal.
