Anyone else find it interesting that Steele produced a "final" ("unpaid") memo after the election, almost immediately after Obama ordered the Intelligence Community Assessment from John Brennan, and gave it to the UK's highest ranking security official?
This memo is the one about Gubarev/Webzilla hacking the DNC, and it includes the claim that Michael Cohen made "deniable payments" in Prague to DNC hackers

My assessment is that Steele wanted to ensure his memo was sent to CIA/FBI as Five Eyes intelligence (with him as an unnamed source), to feed into the ICA.
