Trump at the airport: "After a long investigation, after so many people have been so badly hurt, after not looking at the other side, where a lot of bad things happened, a lot of horrible things happened...it was just announced there was no collusion with Russia."
Trump: "There was no obstruction, and none whatsoever. And it was a complete and total exoneration." Again, Mueller himself said explicitly that he didn't exonerate Trump on obstruction.
Trump continued his attacks on the Mueller probe even while hailing its apparent findings: "It began illegally. And hopefully somebody's going to look at the other side. This was an illegal takedown that failed. And hopefully somebody's going to be looking at the other side."
As @MattGertz noted, Trump is more likely referring to Clinton/Democrats as "the other side" that should be investigated rather than the Mueller probe itself, as I initially thought, though he didn't make it clear.
