I’m at #AIPAC2019. Neocon think tank American Enterprise Institute Arthur Brooks is on stage preaching about convincing progressives to support Israel with love instead of hating them. Mild applause from the audience. 
Former Israeli army chief of staff and Netanyahu rival Benny Gantz says Palestinians only live for hate and misery, and seek death. He oversaw the mass destruction of Gaza in 2014 including the killing of 551 children.
Gantz grandstanded with threats against Hamas, Hezbollah, al-Qaeda and ISIS. Few in the audience know (or care) that Israel armed al-Qaeda-aligned militants in Syria in order to prolong the war and consolidate its occupation of the Golan Heights. mintpressnews.com/outgoing-idf-c…
Mike Pence is at #AIPAC2019. Starts out by celebrating the collapse of Russiagate. “This was a total vindication of the President of the United States and our campaign”
Pence goes on to claim “The Iranian regime openly seeks another Holocaust” and speaks of his visit to Poland. “NEVER AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN!”
Pence is smearing @IlhanMN as an antisemite for criticizing the Israel lobby’s influence and demanding she be kicked off the House Foreign Affairs Committee. AIPAC gives him a standing ovation.
