If @LindseyGrahamSC wins the argument, and if AG Barr goes along with Graham's request to let the Deep State police itself (Via another Special Counsel), there will be no declassification, & the next 18 months will be just like the last 24 months. And Graham has the ear of POTUS
Don't forget, @senatemajldr McConnell has used parliamentary tricks to keep the Senate in active session for 27 straight months & block @realDonaldTrump from any recess appointments. It only takes 1 Senator to object and allow recess appointments. And @LindseyGrahamSC never has.
