Federal district court judge in Montana rules today that Trump admin/Ryan Zinke illegally revoked an Obama-era moratorium on new coal leases on federal lands, as it did not evaluate impact of this reversal. But lifting of moratorium stands for now, until court considers next move

Again and again and again and again, Mueller report is confirming the accuracy (in great detail) of stories by The NYT and WashPost, as reporters helped inform the public of the events related to the investigation in real time.
Also documenting repeatedly how Trump attempted to mislead the public, after stories came out with conclusions he did not like.

Here is the letter detailing the move to investigate Bernhardt, just four days after he was confirmed by Senate to take over as Interior secretary.
Here is the letter Sen. Wyden sent to the Inspector General on March 29, asking it to investigate Mr. Bernhardt's actions, based on Bernhardt's role in blocking the release of an agency report that found that two pesticides threatened more than 1,000 endangered species.
