WATCH: During a break in testimony, Republican Sen. Sasse, who defered his questions to a prosecutor in the hearing, walked up to Dr. Ford and shook her hand.
Democratic Sen. Hirono notes that Republican Chairman Grassley is deferring all questions to the outside woman prosecutor on behalf of the other all-male Republican senators on the cmte., instead of letting each senator defer for themselves.
Clarifying a previous question, attorneys for Dr. Ford say they paid for her polygraph — "as is routine."
Sen. Booker calls Dr. Ford “heroic”: “You are speaking truth that this country needs to understand.”

Dr. Ford says there was nothing else sexually inappropriate from Judge Kavanaugh at the gathering, other than her previously stated allegation.
