Of one reads all news paper reports since DeMo, one can discern that Rs 50,000 Cr stuck in Dubai Hawala. Each Political party stuck with Rs 10-20,000 Cr cash. Maoists lost Rs 10,000Cr, Internal hawala lost Rs 50,000Cr etc.

A conservative estimate is Rs 3L crore old notes are stuck. This is is why Congress needs Remonetization.

Given the new international laws Modi negotiated in 2014, all NEW international black money transactions will be automatically reported to GoI. That’s why all BM holders are not able to move their money. If they move the money, GOI knows.
