Just out of court on a case where the Home Office wants to remove a 78 year old woman with Advanced Alzheimer’s Dementia.

I’m astounded by the response to this tweet. Immigration lawyers deal with this stuff day in day out, and we forget that a lot of people have no idea that separating families, even vulnerable ones, is a routine part of immigration controls in the UK today.
