Low Barr thought he could protect Trump by writing a for-page propaganda drop. The GOPhascist Party payed along and tried to run the required formation, but it didn't work. Team Mueller stole the ball.

Face it, TrumPublicans had no good options. Everything we've seen says there's enough dirt and filth to bury Trump, his family, his administration, his businesses, and possibly half the GOP leadership, in scandal and legal problems and probably decades of prison.

Mueller has, almost certainly, found every single part of the crime-ing under his purview. That's why TrumPublicans have been desperate to discredit him for nearly two years.

If they thought there was no dirt, or that Mueller wouldn't find it, they wouldn't have been so scared.

So here we are. There's a Mueller Report. And Low Barr has it. What's a fixer to do?

Under the Special Counsel rules, Barr can do pretty much what he wants with the report. The Rules don't provide much guidance. We've speculated on whether he'd try to quietly sit on it forever.

But that wouldn't politically prudent. In the absence of evidence, the whole world would imagine the worst. Frankly, the worst we could imagine is probably far less bad than what's actually there, but you get the drift. Non-stop rumors from now until Judgement Day, Nov 3, 2020.

The outcry from any attempted silent Report Burial would have been too loud to hear anything else in America. Ever.

No, Low Barr had to do something. His only option was to try a gimmick play.

He gave us the Barr Letter.

Four pages of "Nothing to see here, ma'am. Move along."

How, you may ask, could that possibly help?

Well, the right-wing media and the whole TrumPublican Party did its part. They began screaming "NO COLLUSION! NO OBSTRUCTION!" with the not irrational hope it would distract us from the fact that Barr hadn't actually told us anything.

They all shouted, "FULLY EXONERATED! MUELLER SAYS SO!" even though Barr gave us only around 50 words of what Mueller actually said, three of which words, in order, were: "does not exonerate."

What they hoped to accomplish was to bully American into silence.

They called for Adam Schiff to resign. They called for Rachel Maddow to be drummed out of the country. They demanded an end to all Russia coverage. They tried to outlaw Russian dressing.

IT IS ALL OVER, they said, So stop fucking talking about it!

Their only hope was to silence any demands to see the actual report long enough for the supine news media to lose interest and go on to whatever new scandal du jour Trump could cook up in his infinite OHMYGOD! larder. Bully the world into silence, then show some shiny objects.

They hoped to SHUT IT ALL DOWN before anyone noticed we hadn't actually heard anything from Mueller--only what Low Barr *claimed* about Mueller, and even that was what crumbs left are over after they swept up the crumbs.

We couldn't even be sure they were the real crumbs.

The dam began to crack when we learned the full Mueller Report has over 300 pages, more likely at least 400, and that doesn't count the cubic fucktons of documentary evidence, tapes, videos, grand jury testimony and assorted data cubes stuffed attic-full with evidence.

Team Trump Patsyforce also didn't count on Adam Schiff having a spine of enhanced granite, like Samwise Gamgee climbing Mount Doom. You think you're gonna intimidate him? Think again, you foul Trollbarr. It ain't gonna happen.

Then last night, the dark plan began to disintegrate. Someone in Mueller's office talked to someone. No, Muellerites aren't mute. They're strategic. They're patient. They're deadly.

They revealed every section of The Report has summaries DESIGNED to be released to the public.

They also revealed there is LOTS AND LOTS about collusion, about foreign agents who found the Trump people were pliant and gullible and hot for treason.

And you wanna talk obstruction? Damn, they even tried to obstruct the Sun.

Low Barr wrote his four-page propaganda leaflet for the simple purpose of PREVENTING the Team Mueller Summaries from being released to a public that doesn't put up with traitorous crime from its highest elected officials.

tl:dr: Low Barr lied about literally everything he said.

Again, we can't fault Low Barr. He was hired to do one job: Hide the Mueller Report. This was the only way he could hope to do it.

But Democracy is stronger than dirt. Our institutions. and the people who live and die to keep America American, are more resilient.

It's all gonna tumble out--or at least, enough to sink the bastards.

The kompromised Republican Party isn't going to act. They'll continue denying. But the voters and the Justice System will know.

Use every damn mouthful you get. We have to win EVERYTHING in the next election.
