I'm re-upping my tweet of this from August 2018 because I'm still mystified as to why Ed Kutler's & Mike McSherry's FARA violations aren't being investigated by SDNY alongside Vin Weber's FARA violations (OR MAYBE THEY ARE WE JUST DON'T KNOW YET?)

I'm not a lawyer, so salt liberally mkay? But I believe there's a 5 year statute of limitations for FARA violations (for now...I expect that to be increased by law soon). So if Weber, Kutler & McSherry's last lobbying meetings for ECFMU were Nov 2013, SOL would be up Nov 2018.
Soooo...I mean it's possible that Kutler & McSherry just lucked out and the Statute of Limitations ran out on their FARA violations, given what went down with Greg Craig's FARA violation investigation cnn.com/2019/03/28/pol…

one more thing = FARA contract for ECFMU with Mercury was terminated May 8 2014. So. Does that mean statute of limitations would actually be up May 8 2019? Last payments appear in April 2014.
