They raided villages and took custody of women and children who they subjected to sexual ordeals of rape & sodomy. They rendered no service for drinking water, health care & food. Theirs was a fatalistic life of mayhem & villainy of the most unimaginable primitive brutality.

Human rights activists are reporting the regime has executed 22 inmates in this city.

On Sep 24, the Intelligence Ministry said 22 individuals were arrested in relation to the Sep 22 military parade attack.

These 22 individuals were executed on Nov 8.

 Ahvaz Intelligence Dept officials contacted the families of some these executed individuals informing them of their execution & having them pledge to not hold any gatherings or ceremonies.

 Sources say authorities have refused to hand over the bodies to their families for proper burials.
The executions have been confirmed by officials at Ahvaz Central Prison & the city court, yet news agencies have not issued any reports.
