LOL my mistake, per @atrupar and his impeccable ear for detail, Barr apparently muttered “no” before turning away and ending the presser minutes early, which is an even more satisfactory answer to the American public about how much we should trust him
(To be fair, not that Barr deserves it, the question had actually been framed as a negative—is it inappropriate—and Barr was saying no, he had every right to spin like a Bakugan)
Finally credit where credit is due, @ryanjreilly was the reporter whose question led Barr to end the presser
