Blunt, Burr, Crapo, Moran, Portman, Thune, Wicker were in the House along with Graham in '98 and voted to impeach over obstruction.
Crapo then was sworn in as a senator in time to vote Guilty on the obstruction article with the others listed.

You need a two-thirds vote in the Senate to remove a president from office - 67.

There's never been a successful vote to remove a president in U.S. history.
(Nixon resigned before he could be impeached by the House.)

No Democrats still in office voted to impeach Clinton in the House; no Democrats voted in the Senate to convict and remove.
Schumer voted against impeachment in committee, on the House floor and then on the Senate floor as a freshman senator voted to acquit on both charges.
