This set of "first thoughts" is based entirely on quotes from Barr, references none of the content of the report, and repeats the lie (easily debunked by actually reading the tweets) that the Internet Research Agency posted no political content.
This opinion piece also utterly omits any text from the report itself, relying instead on Barr's summary and tweets from three journalists (@aaronjmate, @ggreenwald, and @mtracey) who have spent the last month repeating Barr's previous summary ad nauseam.
Consortium News also gets in on the action of basing its assessment of the Mueller Report on Barr's spoon-fed summaries.

Bonus: they link an old logical fallacy-laden "analysis" of the Internet Research Agency as supporting evidence.
