1) Now we face an untenable scenario, since the DOJ policy "bars" the indictment of a sitting president. Now the incentive to win a second term is existential to him, literally. The very thing that prevented Mueller from seeking prosecution, exacerbates what's already impossible.
2) The DOJ's policy to insulate the POTUS from prosecution, no doubt having potential to interfere with the daily duties and focus, seems to have lost its utility. On one hand, Trump creates chaos in everything & everywhere he goes, so I'm not convinced this policy would actually
3) noticably help him focus or "free" him to do his job. We already know he is incredibly lazy and ineffective with his time. His greatest leverage has been, and continues to be waging political war on "THEM." This is in-fact, Trump's modus operandi. The REPS aren't free to act
4) in the best interest of democracy—whether due to blackmail or failed morality—so we can rest assured, left unresolved, Trump will only attenuate his ferocity & unhinged attack on democracy vis-a-vis the "WAR ON THEM." Surely the DOJ policy has a limit to it's intended purpose
5) which I'd argue has met is limit. The sheer number of indictable crimes detailed in the unredacted MR, has the practicality of the DOJ rule, bursting at the seams and beckoning the remedy of jurisprudence. Especially considering the existential imperative Trump now faces as
6) the 2020 campaign season gets underway. An baked-in ultimatum now stains the 2020 election, one that exacerbates the old adage, "elections have consequences," with the severity of god knows what wrath of chaos and scorched earth. In 2020, the stakes have taken on a very, very
7) dangerous consequence that I believe was never before part of the equation. Dangerous not just for Trump, but for everyone and everything. The consequences for the 2020 election, if Trump loses, involves a fight for his life. Prosecutors would be free to indict him on numerous
8) criminal charges, threatening him with possible conviction & likely incarceration for the rest of his life. This is certainly no small consideration—either way you look at it. Can you imagine what he'd do as a candidate, to protect himself from criminal prosecution? Can you
9) imagine the pity he'd seek? The victim clownshow he'd put in at rallys fat and wide? Not to mention the scorched earth tactics he would employ. The swan song of a madman, is what would undoubtedly happen. This situation is untenable. After the Mueller & Barr Congressional
10) hearings have taken place, and any further witness testimony is gathered the House will have to really examine the plausibility of keeping Trump in office. Impeachment leaves Pence at the helm, and that is really bad, too. However, if the entire 2016 election turns out to
11) have been wrought with evidence of cheating, external influence and detrimental forces, the entire illegitimate election should be forfeited.

There's absolutely no reason whatsoever that an illegitimate criminal victor should be allowed to carry on, in office having no
12) legitimate claim.

I know in my heart this election was stolen, obviously that's immaterial to law. An indisputable case would be necessary to assert this claim. There should be an audit of every state's voting system, and a call for proof from anyone who was illegally
13) subjected to having their right to vote denied. I know MI MN PA & OH are mentioned in the redacted MR, because Manafort gave secret election data to RUSSIA. Coincidentally, the total votes in these states for Trump are more than the margin by which he won the entire election
14) —80,000 votes. I also know that it was recently reported that thousands of voter registrations were illegally scrubbed thanks to Kobach, preventing legit voters their right to cast a ballot. There's no doubt election fraud took place in the 2016 election, and with such an
15) incredibly tiny margin, Trump's victory—which even he never expected—was fraudulent.

This situation is untenable. Barr must be impeached first. With an honest nonpartisan Attorney General in office, lawmakers then need to figure out how to indict a sitting POTUS to avoid a
16) completely disastrous 2020 election. The unresolved issue of Trump's pending indictments—seemingly after he leaves office—imposes a dangerous dynamic that must be resolved in a way that preserves democracy and is constitutionally sound.

The crisis won't resolve itself. /Fin
