I wonder what "rules, laws and norms of our society" Tony Blair thinks immigrants don't accept? Because this language errects or buttresses the Far Right notion that there is a real problem with how immigrants in our communities act. /1

By implying there is a problem with how immigrants behave, but without engaging with the evidential base for that implied assertion, Blair is engaging in, and validating, the anti-immigrant rhetoric of the Far Right. His is bigotry dressed for dinner. /Ends
