1. Did Trump knowingly "receive" Russian help in 2016 election? If the answer is yes then he violated 52 USC 30121 and Muller is a liar. And the so-called legal experts on @MSNBC should go back to billing hours and stop pretending to be experts. Read 30121 @maddow @Lawrence.

It says "receive." Mueller didn't even mention "receive" "accept" or "solicit."
3. Mueller pulled the sleight of hand by focusing on foreign conduct & then saying there was no conspiracy to engage in that conduct. He completely blew off the 30121(a)(2) re US person conduct. You all got played folks. @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler @RepAdamSchiff @RepJeffries

1. The @GOP are starting to march out their moral high-ground troops to call on @TheDemocrats to impeach @realDonaldTrump. They don't call on treasonous @SenateGOP to announce they will vote to remove him but it's these fine folks ask the Dems to take a foolish political hit.

1. We know Trump is a traitor. We know 53 @GOP traitors are keeping a traitor in the @WhiteHouse. So, even if @Trump stays until in 2021, we need to get rid of the 53 @SenateGOP traitors. 20 of them are running in 2020. That's where @TheDemocrats need to focus. @senatemajldr
2. Take 13 of the @SenateGOP seats and hold ours & a Democratic president will be filibuster proof. Then we can pack the court and wipe our the #KochBrothers stranglehold on the courts. Let @SpeakerPelosi keep focus on winning. We can work on 53 traitors.

1. I see a lot of comment on the Congressional subpoena power. I would not mess with it. It's a paper tiger. If a witness obstructs file a criminal complaint with the FBI under 18 USC 1505 and force the DOJ to pursue it or demand appointment of another
2. special counsel. Barr is a coward and if you press him he'll likely comply. If he grows a spine and won't comply, impeach him under 15 USC 1505 and conspiracy to aid Russia in its attack (aka treason). The MAGA base doesn't give a hoot about Barr who we can torment
3. without political cost & jam up McConnell

On Flynn, @RepAdamSchiff should take Mueller's deposition to find out if Flynn has any role in ongoing matters that need protection. If he does, back off. If he doesn't file a 18 USC 1505 criminal complaint against him and pursue it.

Well, here's another one, by Buzzfeed, no less. They KNEW that Trump worked WITH the FBI, yet they participated in the conspiracy against him to frame him as the guilty one.
