How PMJT's Plan to Terminate Indigenous Nations works: 1) Appropriate terminology; 2) Take a pan-Indigenous approach; 3) Impose 10 Principles to convert original sovereign/Treaty relationship w/ Crown to a "new" relationship; 4) Create secret Cabinet Group to review law & policy;
5) Change structure of federal Gov't (ISC & CIRNA) 2 process FN communities from current legal & political status into "new" relationship as 4th level "Indigenous Gov't's"; 6) Replace old self-gov't & comprehensive land claims policies w/ a new "rights-based" negotiations policy;
7) Use the National Indigenous Organizations (AFN, MNC, ITK) as cover to give impression all changes to federal law, Policy & structure were "co-developed" w/ Indigenous partners; 8) Set up a new category of negotiation tables w/ Chiefs/Metis/Inuit reps;
9) Define "self-determination" w/in domestic law & policy; 10) Set up a new funding policy 2 coerce/convince FN's 2 move from current political & legal status into a "new" political & legal status as "Indigenous Governments" w/in the Canadian federation as "Indigenous-Canadians"!
