Trump has recently begun making an argument for why the replacement of existing fencing with better fencing should count as him building his wall. He used to simply assert he was building new wall without admitting that it was replacement projects.
Trump does his now-regular mocking of asylum seekers, acting out one dishonestly reading a statement saying he is afraid. He says that they're actually very tough people. "You look and you see a toughness that you don't see." ?
Trump: "One of the gravest threats to the Second Amendment and to American freedom itself are activist judges."
Trump calls reporters "very, very dishonest people, OK." He says they're opposed to having a strong military and a high-GDP economy.
Trump says he's about to make an announcement he didn't even tell NRA leaders about. He adds, "The good thing with me: you never know. Never know." There are loud cheers.

Trump says he'll sign a document asking the Senate to stop the arms-trade treaty ratification process and send the treaty to him in the Oval Office, "where I will dispose of it."
Trump boasts of declining homicide, then says, "What the hell is going on in Chicago? What is going on? If we could solve that problem, we would've been down even a lot more." Homicide has fallen for two consecutive years in Chicago, and it has fallen further in early 2019.
Trump calls Democratic candidates "these maniacs." He criticizes Sanders for saying he wants to let inmates vote.
Trump returns to his repeated lie that media outlets turn off their cameras when he criticizes the media, "then they come back."
Trump says Paris has "the strongest gun laws in the world," which allowed the 2015 terror attack to be so deadly. He argues, again, "If there was one gun being carried by one person on the other side, it very well could've been a whole different result."
The president is re-enacting the terrorist massacre in France, making a shooting gesture with his hand. "Get over here! Boom. Get over here! Boom. And then they left."
