Even though the allocation is high, the actual expenditure is very low. In 2014-15, 62%, in 2015-16, 57% & in 2016-17, 79% of the allocated budget was spent.AAP Govt claims to allocate 25-26% of its budget for education but this figure is always reduced in the revised budget 2/10
Even when we see the last financial year data, only 37% budget was utilized till November 2018. Total Budget Expenditure was 5325.90, but reduced in Revised Expenditure estimate to 3422.80. Expenditure Up to Nov. 2018 was only 1298.94

In the 2014-15 batch of 7th standard, 97% of the enrolled students were promoted to the 8th standard in 2015-16. However, when these students were promoted to 10th standard in 2017-18, their % had dropped down to 55%. See disturbing trend

Delhi Govt is trying to deprive students of education in govt schools in large numbers. Students who fail are not being allowed to enrol themselves again in same govt schools.

In 2018-19, 66% were not allowed to enrol again in 9th-12th standard.

On Learning Outcome, The level of education in Delhi, is far less than the national average. Even pass percentage was also in a negative direction in 10th exam.

12th result is a result of mass dropouts in 9th & 11th. Do read @ThePrintIndia story -theprint.in/india/governan…

Last year, the Delhi govt denied responsibility for a poor result in 10th but took full credit for a miniscule improvement in the result for 12th grade.

Here see a very disturbing trend in a no of appeared students for the 12th Exam each year since AAP came in power.

10/10
Even this year, 1,22,428 students appeared in 12th exam in Delhi, while 171613 students were enrolled in class 11th in 2017-18. No one knows where's rest 29% students.

Just imagine the gap between class 9th(288,094) in 2015-16 to 12th(122428) in 2018-19.

No one failed 165,666?
As per RTI, only 28% of govt schools in Delhi teach Science. At a time when the need of advancement in science and technology is being felt across the world, schools in Delhi are not even teaching the basic fundamentals of the field.

In Delhi Schools, 22,000 teachers are working as a guest teacher. Even Delhi cabinet has also approved a policy to allow them to work till the age of 60- like regular teachers.

The interesting thing to note here is that 77% of these guest teachers are unfit.
918 posts of principals in 1,024 Delhi govt schools. Some 106 schools don't have such posts. Out of 918 posts of principals, 595 are lying vacant.

768 vice principals are holding the charge of the head of the school "due to principals not physically working or not posted".
AAP promised to open 500 new schools in Delhi but even after 4.5 years, only 23 new schools have been opened up in Delhi, even though the govt has 82 vacant plots. Out of 23, mostly sanctioned in prev govt

In contrast, in 1 year itself, in 2013-14, 12 schools were opened.
2019 #AAPManifesto, AAP has claimed that Statehood status is required to improve infrastructure. But, in contrast, AAP claimed that there are 24,157 classrooms in Delhi schools & the Delhi govt made 8,213 new classrooms despite all hurdles. Full statehood is just an excuse.Isn't?
AAP promise to reserve 85% seats in DU college's is also a fake and never-fulfilled promise. The proposal of Delhi govt was already rejected by the DU on 16th of April 2014.
