@juanpampliega @gwenshap @h_ingo @_msw_ @jessetanderson @awscloud I just ran a test with a r4.xlarge. It looks like you can get 9.25 Gbps for 10 minutes, and then get throttled to 1.25 Gbps forever. Credits start accruing if you dial down, but it's very hard to measure how that works exactly. AWS doesn't seem to document that anywhere.
@juanpampliega @gwenshap @h_ingo @_msw_ @jessetanderson @awscloud You can also reset the throttling credits by stopping and starting the instance. I doubt this is by design, but for some use cases this can be handy.
