The third entry in our series on Fox's Seth Rich reporting is my pick for the network's single most ghoulish segment: Laura Ingraham's suggestion that Rich's parents were squelching efforts to find out the truth about their son’s death out of partisanship. mediamatters.org/blog/2019/05/1…
Earhardt: "You know what’s interesting, that the parents aren’t pursuing it.”

LI: “I don’t know what to say about that. When people don’t want information to get out, and when an election is on the line ... a lot of people will do a lot of things that otherwise they wouldn’t do”
Ingraham went on to criticism the “aggressive lack of curiosity on the part of the frothing media,” adding, “Where’s the follow-up on this story?... Where's the Washington Post on this?”
A few hours later, the Post published a story debunking the conspiracy theory. Curiously, Ingraham never mentioned the story on Fox's airwaves again.
