1. I have studied Roe as an undergrad and in law school. I remain baffled why good lawyers consistently miss the issue. Roe is a case limiting the power of state legislatures. The US Congress can pass a reproductive civil rights act. Make interference with the rights a crime.
2. Trump's base of about 40 tops is the right to life vote. They will come out to vote. What the @TheDemocrats need to do is make this election about freedom from the creation of a US theocracy. Hold the house and sweep the @SenateGOP out. Go after every seat with a plan to win.
3. Take the White House, the House and the Senate with 60 seat majority and pass a law to end this debate. Punish the states that don't enforce the law with loss of all federal funding. @SpeakerPelosi @SenSchumer @TomPerez
