I'm creating a quantitative measure for how much the partisanship or sanity of a Justice's spouse undermines the Court's legitimacy.
It's called the Ginni coefficient. @tpm

Given how Justices have almost zero electoral accountability, spousal accountability is underrated.
We need a book on Marty Ginsburg, John O'Connor, Nina Meyers (Warren), Mary Ambler (Marshall), Dorothy Clark & 3 daughters (Blackmun).

I originally thought the “GINI” coefficient was an acronym for a UN commission or for Governance, Institutions & Norms Index...
Then a fellow grad student let the Gini out of the bottle.
But I’m seriously thinking about this Ginni project on judicial spouses and kids. @CoreyRobin

I know many profs are ridiculing this article, but isn’t the question of when and whether to comply with law and ethical norms one of the classic existential questions?
Isn’t that a main thread in Nietzsche, Dostoevsky, Kierkegaard, Heidegger, Sartre, Camus, Arendt...

Apparently Rudy was trying to explain the doctored Pelosi outtakes video by showing us what true undoctored incoherence looks like. (One of them needs a doctor, and it’s not @SpeakerPelosi.)

Rudy’s text is so bonkers, it’s easy to overlook how utterly random his NBA gif was. It’s not only incoherent for the context of his tweet, it was incoherent for any tweet of any kind. What thought goes with random benchplayers doing nothing?
Oh right, that fits @RudyGiuliani.

Excellent analysis of "FACT" and Whittaker from #TPM

Whitaker's op-ed was "highly critical of a candidate, and he ought not to be doing that, because it’s a political partisan comment."

Whittaker founded his Section 501c3 NFP in 2015.

Section 501c3 tax code prohibits non-profits "from supporting or opposing political candidates during a campaign." But "FACT" under Whittaker did that more than once.
