It’s one of ‘countless’ examples of Sanders’ bald faced lying and bad faith in her official position—blatant attempts to gaslight and mislead the nation using the authority of the WH. Save for a discreet request to leave a Virginia restaurant, there have been few consequences.

Where the rubber hits the road is the use in this indictment of wikileaks’ statements that it “accepts” classified and its publication of a list of “most wanted leaks” to show solicitation and whether one thinks that conduct is different from what national security reporters do.
Unless the theory of criminality turns on some narrow semantics, it’s hard to see the distinction. NYT and WaPo, for example, make it abundantly clear in various ways that they will accept secret national defense info and provide signals about what secrets they’re interested in.

Here are the IG’s pertinent findings after asking DeVos survey questions and reviewing her departmental account.
The IG didn’t look at the personal email accounts directly, so they really didn’t have enough info to determine if DeVos truly conducted govt business on them or not. All they report is that she forwarded some stuff sent to her personal account to the official account.

1/ Whenever I ask for evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, I get this circular-reasoning response:
How do you know that there was no collusion?
My answer: I'm NOT claiming there was no collusion, but I see #ZEROEvidence that Trump colluded. SHOW me your EVIDENCE!
2/ If I were to claim that you murdered someone, I would need to provide evidence of this. My claim does not make it have some sort of merit. If you insist you did not do this and want me to stop pushing such as accusation in public b/c it really did not happen, that makes sense.
3/ Would an innocent person remain silent in the face of a massive campaign by those who don't like that person making unsubstantiated claims? Would they not want to put an end to it? If I were #Trump, I would want this thing shut down too as it looks to be a witch hunt.
