Trump's lie that he never called Meghan Markle "nasty" was of course spurred by a Fox & Friends segment on the media "twist[ing]" his words.

I can tell this is what happened because his previous tweet quotes a Fox & Friends guest from a segment or two earlier with a similar time lag.

Ed Henry, who plays a dual role as a Fox "straight news" correspondent and Weekend Doocy, took the lead on attacking the media over Trump calling Merkle nasty.
