Oh! Really glad to see this being filed by @rcfp — and to see Nina's reporting on this.
Following up from Friday: Here are the @rcfp filings at #SCOTUS, seeking to intervene — scribd.com/document/41304… — and to unseal — scribd.com/document/41304… — documents filed in Christopher Lee Price's unsuccessful stay of execution application from late May.
Here's the #SCOTUS docket in Price's case, which details how the request to file the application and response under seal were granted by the court: supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?fi… [I'm not sure why the @rcfp filings still aren't reflected on the docket, but I have asked the court.]
Also, and to clarify (though it was in Nina’s original tweet and story), this unsealing action is being sought by @rcfp and @NPR — so good on them, too!

The document(s) in question are almost guaranteed to be the NSA/FBI files [and audit logs] on the FISA702(16)(17) database searches, on Flynn, that are in the possession of the ODNI (Coats). And yes, @DevinNunes is aware. And no, they will never see the light of day. #UniParty
Listen to the date: "In May of 2017" etc.... That is immediately after Rosemary Collyer released the FISA court opinion outlining the corrupt surveillance activity that took place within the NSA/FBI database. Ref-> scribd.com/document/34954…
The documents are likely the corrupt searches and audit logs that led to the "unmasking". Flynn was almost certainly one of the targets of the process. Each target was given a file. That file is what's discussed. [The unmasking became part of the Obama PDB construct.]

Day three of Brett Kavanaugh's #SCOTUS confirmation hearing is set to begin in about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, protesters have taken over Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley's office
Here's Kavanaugh coming in. Grassely has gaveled in to start the hearing, and begins by addressing the controversy over the public release of confidential documents, saying Dems "only have themselves to blame if they didn't get the documents they wanted"
Grassley said that in order to accomodate last-minute requests to release committee confidential documents, they're working with the Justice Dept. to get those out. Grassley says that before the day is over, members will have the docs they want to ask Qs

1/ Judge Hanen declined to issue a preliminary injunction in the DACA case, but strongly hinted he would issue a declaration that DACA was unlawful. This decision is perhaps the least chaotic approach to tee this issue up for prompt #SCOTUS review.
