So, the FAA wasn't tracking this flight, there's no ADS-B data, and stay tuned for the owner of the Agusta A109E that I suspect may have been involved, 'cause it's totally crazy who owns it.
If the tail # on this aircraft is N290SF, it's gonna be nuts. 
or N170JF. Those are the only 2 A109Es that I'm seeing out of the 34th St Heliport recently, and......
