What is happening? Now that Quinnipiac polls are saying that any top Democratic candidate could beat Trump in the popular vote, there is an insidious lie spreading.

Why is this happening? Because conservatives and others who want Biden only see that Democrats believe they can vote for the candidate they want. For me that candidate is @ewarren. The gaslighters are playing on our trauma and fear that Trump will get reelected.

Here’s the gaslighting: Folks are saying sure, anyone can beat Trump in the popular vote, but it’s very hard to win in the electoral college. Then they reference the Hillary loss and say we don’t want that happening again.

Here is the truth: We all know that Hillary won the popular vote by nearly 3 million voters. But less well-known is that she only lost the electoral college due to around 78,000 votes in three states. They were Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.

Those were the states where there was tremendous Russian propaganda. And things have changed in the states. Michigan now has a Democratic governor for example.

Bottom Line: The key to winning in those states and the entire election will be voter turn out. Voters turn out when they are enthusiastic about the candidates. They feel less excited when they believe a candidate has been chosen for them.

In other words: I bet Warren has a plan for that.
