#ImplicitBias is NOT racism! Remember: racism is an EXPLICIT experience, implicit biases are subtle ways in which all of us are subconsciously primed to behave in different circumstances.

WAYS TO REDUCE IMPLICIT BIAS:
1. Find common group identity.
2. Take the perspective of the group against which you’re biased.
3. If you have data supporting your bias: 🛑 & consider the opposite.
4. Spend time w/ individuals you admire from groups against which you’re biased.
