If you have never run FB ads before the first thing you need to understand is the overall structure.

There are 3 levels, which are:

1) Campaign
2) Ad Set
3) Ad

Each one has it's own purpose, let me explain 👇👇
1) Campaign

On this level you choose the overall objective of your campaign.

There are quite a few different objectives you can pick from.

But if you are running ads for an ecom store, you'll most likely want to pick Conversions.

You can also set your budget here using CBO.
2) Ad Set

The ad set level has quite a few things you'll have to set up like:

-Optimization (For Conversion Campaigns)

-Budget (unless you selected CBO)

-Schedule (Run 24/7)

-Targeting

-Placement (Start with Auto Placements)

-Bid Type (Start with the lowest cost option)
3) Ad

This is where you create your ad......obviously.

This is what you'll have to decide:

-The FB/IG Page

-Creative type (image, video, slideshow, carousel, collection, etc.)

-Text (Body text and headline)

-Call to action button

-Website link
That's it, now your are one step closer to launching some FB ads of your own.
