October Evans has been masquerading as a 501(c)3 organization to steal money through well-meaning donations.

She started off doing this in the SW industry, and now she intends on preying on trans people.

Make sure people know who she is.

She has a history of stalking and harassing other SWers, attempting to convince them to do private shows with her and becoming aggressive when they reject her.

She's claiming to gather money for a queer commune.

She should never be in charge of someone's living situation.

She originally told me she deleted her Twitter account because she was being stalked but it was probably an attempt to avoid revealing her real identity to me.

I assume it was because she didn't realize that @FoenixCollectiv wasn't just a platforming site.

These are obviously not pictures of a hospital.

Note the difficult-to-wash multicolored patterned comforter. Her face has also been edited using a filter - you can tell due to the fake blush that extends beyond her cheek onto the pillow on the righthand side of the image.

I bring this up because she updated her FetLife 20 minutes after a supposed representative told someone that she was in critical condition in the ICU.

I was also told by this same "representative" that she was unable to type and would be unable to type for the rest of the day.

Update: October Evans also has a history of anti-blackness, fabricating stories about being assaulted by other SWers and attempting to use AAVE (and horrifically misusing it) to prop up her claims.

I'll now be spending the next several days reaching out the platforms that she's using for fundraising and letting them know she's committed fraud.

October Evans considers it appropriate to misgender me while continuing to harass me via my business email, so I'll be reporting her account to @YouTube next.

Also, while we're at it - @AskPayPal. This person has been using PayPal to masquerade as a 501(c)3 and collect donations under a multitude of false names and aliases.

Are there any verification procedures an account has to go through in order to claim tax-deductable donations?

October Evans decided to contact me through my support form, misgendering me while simultaneously providing me with her IP address.

She's apparently messaging me from a Vodafone located somewhere in the UK. The Geolocator says that she's messaging me from London, but I don't believe that's entirely accurate.

Anyone know any major trans resources located in the UK? Looks like I'll have to do some outreach work to make sure that the charities across the pond know that she's been defrauding charities in the states.

Oh, by the way? This is why I have that big ol' disclaimer at the top of my page stating that users who abuse my support form forfeit their right to their personal information submitted through that form. But I guess she didn't decide to read that.

Update on the October Evans situation: I've heard back from @bandzoogle and am providing them with more information, and I'm currently writing a report with @AskPayPal about her defrauding individuals and charities, seeking to have her permanently banned from the PayPal platform.

Banning October Evans from PayPal under her legal credentials would prevent her from defrauding individuals and charities in the future, and ensure that folks can be secure in donating to trans-related charities, knowing that she won't be able to disguise herself again.

We need to make sure that @PrideCenterVT knows that October Evans is using their platform to defraud people for her fake 501(c)3. Folks have tried to get in touch with that organization before with no response. Give this a retweet so they see it.

I'll also be reaching out to @_PeopleReady and @motel6 and asking why they feel that employing someone who has sexually harassed and stalked multiple people is an acceptable security risk for their clients/customers.

We can now add Christina Autumn Taylor and Christopher Colton Dugger to her list of former aliases. In one of her autobiographical posts, she claimed she has a PhD in social work. I wonder if that part was a lie, as well?

It seems this person isn't above lying about dead lovers and children in order to elicit sympathy from others and part them from their money.

If only they had actually legitimately reached out for support and tried to earn money through hard work and dedication to their craft.

I was originally told that she worked for a @motel6, but upon closer examination the paper itself suggests it may actually be a La Quinta. Along with her supervisor's name and contact information.

Speaking of anti-blackness, racism, and bad slang, she has a history of attacking black people via CuriousCat.

I've gotten in contact with the office of the Vermont Attorney General about this issue and will be providing them with any information they need/request.

She stole what she reported as thousands of dollars from the @TenaciousRanch while 'fundraising' for a fake Twitch streaming event, giving them only $20.

The more followers I have, the easier it is for me to spread the word about scam artists who prey on marginalized communities like this one. Like, comment, and subscribe to my account.

I now have October Evans' home address, which means that I'm now going to have to contact the attorney general for Pennsylvania. Anyone have any information on that? I have an appointment for the next couple of hours.

She's been spending the past day impersonating me on Curious Cat. She's apparently also staying at @BrattleRetreat, and I reached out to them asking what their plans were on addressing this behavior.

I already posted screenshots of you soliciting a 14 year old and a 17 year old for explicit pictures which were bundled into the message I sent to the Attorney General and in the Cyber Crimes report I sent.

October Evans is now claiming that a troll is responsible despite the fact I have records of her behavior, writing styles, and web accounts extending back into 2017.

So the only way that she's going to take accountability for her behavior is if we deplatform her.

Oh, and @bandzoogle says that using their platform to sign up people for unsolicited mailing lists isn't a violation of their services, so I encourage anyone who has been harassed via their platform to reach out to them about their policies as well.

I'd also like to mention that in order to run for president in 2020, you would have to be at least 35, and someone informed me that October Evans will only be 31 by the time of the election.

Therefore, any donations collected for this would also be fraud.

I also want to know why this account (@katatoskr) with their separate Patreon and @PayPal is listed as the admin on a non-profit that we know to be a fraud and which had stolen unknown amount of money from donators.
