Per @ProPublica's story, this group has 9,500 members, nearly half of Border Patrol's 20,000-strong force.
This should not be soft-pedaled:

The doctored photo at the top of the story showing this Border Patrol group fantasizing about Trump forcing AOC into performing oral sex is a window into why 15 women accusing Trump of sexual assault has failed to sustain national controversy.
Note: The 9,500 members include current and former Border Patrol.

There are approximately 20,000 current Border Patrol.
AOC’s response to ProPublica’s exposé, which she says won’t stop her plan to visit a CBP station today.

(She landed in El Paso this morning to tour migrant camps with other members of Congress.)

BREAKING: @TheJusticeDept confirms that, while they have "been asked to reevaluate all available options," they are NOT adding the citizenship question back to the #2020census at this time and will reveal next steps by July 5 at 2 p.m.
The DOJ and Commerce "have now been asked to reevaluate all available options" following the SCOTUS decision and whether the ruling "would allow for a new decision to include the citizenship question on the 2020 Decennial Census."

This single tweet prompted two U.S. federal judges presiding over census litigation in to convene emergency conferences, one of which is starting now.
What a time to be alive.
To clarify, the first federal judge convened the emergency conference. The second announced he would convene an emergency conference depending on what happens during the first.

For the last 24 hours I've been texting & calling with refugees in Libya. 500 are apparently stuck in a Tripoli prison w/o food & water after heavy fighting broke out two days ago. They say their guards ran away, leaving them alone.
These refugees are men, women & children. They tried to cross the Mediterranean earlier this year, but were found by Italian boats, who turned them over to the EU-backed Libyan coastguard, who put them in prison. The conditions were already terrible before the fighting started.
Oh the phone earlier I could hear children crying & what sounded like bombing in the distance. The refugees say everyone's incredibly frightened. "We hear machine guns, tanks, big bombs, last night from the roof it was all fire."
