1) What must we admit? What blinders must we remove? We've used the word "weaponized" relative to such things as unmasking American voices on NSA tapes. We've used the same term for the FBI and the DOJ, and yes, the IC, the Intelligence Community.
2) When you read @SidneyPowell1's horrifying book Licenced To Lie, you have to use that term over the nexus of prosecution and courts, judges. The judiciary has been weaponized. And this, not merely at the Federal Level, terrible as that is. State and Local too.
3) I know we shouldn't be surprised. I could tell tale after tale of the same corruption, and so sadly yes, at the structural level, constitutional corruption, reaching back and back in time. Did you know that one of the first Presidential Pardons was over the Whiskey Rebellion?
4) The Whiskey Rebellion? Who remembers it? Taxing alcoholic beverages was believed, by many - myself included - to be 100% contrary to the spirit of the revolution. Federal power put it down. But we must grant George Washington that he at least used pardon to forgive.
5) I recently heard a great historian express his belief that lies and falsehoods had been employed by almost every president when it comes to the declaration of war, or its prosecution without declaration. Such facts - and it is a fact - remind me of my liberal/socialist youth.
6) So where lies the greatness of America? It's absolutely NOT in the execution of our laws, our governmental structure, separation of powers. All that has been thwarted over and over. Nope. It's in the idea, the ideas. The founders tried to prevent these usurpations. They tried.
7) And there have been times when we all succeeded. We finally freed the slaves. We finally gave women their suffrage, the vote. We finally enacted Civil Rights Laws. We finally elected a black man as president. And, we defeated HRC and elected @realDonaldTrump.
8) Now we face a new structural challenge. We must write into our laws that an executive pardon need NOT be over guilt, but rather, driven by innocence of the victim of corrupt prosecutions, corrupt judges. The term weaponization is not adequate, painful as it is.
9) Corruption is the right word. Don't think bribery, prevalent as that is. Rather, think power, corrupt power. I go along to get along. I give my uppers their desires so as not to reap their furies. I bend the law to enforce the law. I keep my job. All this is corruption.
10) Greed may be the ultimate driver, greed for perks and reputation - reputation undeserved - and the texture of the life of power. But, it is not the pivot point within the soul. That pivot point is cowardice. American corruption is basically driven by fear of loss.
11) There is another form of corruption that is clearly driven by toxic greed alone. That is the greed of the drug cartels and their puppet minions in government. So also with government contracts building bridges to nowhere while slushing out millions of dollars. Pure greed.
12) Strangely, I almost prefer the pure greed corruption to the corruption by cowardice that turns judges into puppets of their masters above. I don't talk about Paul Manafort much, his case is not in my "portfolio." But solitary confinement? Seriously?
13) Oh yes, seriously. A judge has approved this form of incarceration. Contemplate that. What crime did he commit that merits that form of torture? I say that whatever his crimes may have been, money this, influence peddling the other, etc., none could merit torture.
14) Wait, don't we have an amendment prohibiting cruel and unusual torture? How did we get to the place where solitary confinement is a kind and usual form of punishment? How did that happen? I say, corrupt judges, that's how. How is there no national outcry over this?
15) All these ponderings bring me back to the one case that is, in context of social media my own, that of @GenFlynn. Friends, don't be mad at me, but there is no plan. There is no grand scheme. Our hero has been targeted by an evil cabal. They fear him more than any other.
16) Ponder how corrupt the system is, how rigged, that a Special Counsel was set up to investigate the President over Russian Collusion, when HRC, the ultimate colluder with Russia remains free at large, unmolested, unafraid, happy in her life. Yet you want me to trust the plan?
17) Nope. I won't. I will not trust the plan. It will not happen. Rather, I say, let us convene and create the plan. Or, let us each, individually stand up against the corruption we see where we see it. The plan? Do you have one? Do I? Then there is a plan.
18) Here's my plan. Ask for a presidential pardon for @GenFlynn. Ask loudly. Ask repeatedly. Ask every single day. Concentrate our social media power around a single mission. Request and persuade participation. Find agreement among fellow patriots who all wish the same.
19) Try to imagine the impact of a presidential pardon for @GenFlynn. And try to imagine it by the principle of innocence, the principle of contravening governmental corruption, weaponized against a single target. I say to you, no target has ever mattered more to the corrupt.
20) Every transformation requires a turning point, a tipping point. Many transformations require a shock wave propagating forward, that all who hear are put on notice. No more corrupt use of federal power. No more use of federal power. Imagine that.
21) @GenFlynn's case is the most egregious, the very worst turning of federal power against a patriot citizen in all of American history. Can you hear that? It is the worst, the most egregious, the most hellacious, the most terrible, the most horrible, ever.
22) Where is our line? When do we say no? When is enough is enough? When do we say this far and no further? If not now, when? If not here, where? For me, a day is a day. For me, one more day when @GenFlynn is not pardoned is one day more too many. I'm there now. What about you?
23) I know that anything new is hard to swallow. The very idea of a pardon by innocence breaks most people's brains. Pardon is for guilt, I am told over and over. Exoneration is for innocence. Yet, to wait for this is to trust. I'm all out of trust. None left. None.
24) Yet consider. If pardon can ONLY be used over guilt, then how can it ever correct miscarriage of justice? When the justice system is corrupt, how can it ever be corrected, returned to balance, honor, service to the people? Just focus on one man, abused. Go from there.
25) Follow me now. The Mueller investigation was, 100%, an act of corruption. It was an illegal investigation, designed for the sole purpose of wiping out the decision of the people in the election of 2016. It was corrupt in every element of its being. Can you say corrupt?
26) To investigate the innocent, for political purposes, is corrupt. As @POTUS was innocent, so also was @GenFlynn. To have collected @GenFlynn into their corrupt power was the greatest bag of the corrupt government's hunt, ever. He was, and remains, big game.
27) If I recall it right, the office of National Security Adviser was created in 1948. I am here to state that, from then till now, @GenFlynn was the greatest of them all. Yet, the cabal - led by Obama - ousted him in 24 days. Now that's power. Corrupt as can be, but pure power.
28) No previous president has demonstrated quite that level of corruption. On the outgo, holding reign over the incoming president's staff. The details end up being boring, but horrific. To change the reporting structure of the IC? To alter relations with Russia. Amazing.
29) There have been many rogues and bad guys we've elected president. In that gallery, none rises higher in corrupt power than Obama. You have to read @SidneyPowell1's book to access the corruption in the destruction of Senator Ted Stevens.
30) After Senator Stevens lost his seat, AG Eric Holder dropped the case against him. Damage done, gain in place, the dismissal came at not only no cost, but at reputational gain as well. Still, there were now 60 Democrats running the Senate. No problem.
31) Take out a senator. Gain cloture-proof control. Apologize. Yet Obamacare is now a certainty. This is the corruption of our nation. It was the Justice Department that won an election for a Democrat in Alaska. Have you contemplated that with clarity? The 60th senator.
32) How exactly was a Special Counsel initiated, and by whom? And oh yeah, again the Justice Department. Weaponized. Corrupted. Illegal and no matter. Protect our own. Destroy the others. Forget the voters, the people. Forget We The People, they're just voters.
33) How did former Senator Stevens die? In an airplane crash. Was it just an accident? Not one part of my broken heart can believe it was. Call me a conspiracy theorist and I'll sit taller in my chair. Seth Rich. The Awan brothers. James Comey. Sure. I'm just a conspiracy nut.
34) So, I say we need a pardon. Not for guilt, but for innocence. I say we need a shock wave. A proclamation. Abuse of power over an innocent man will never be tolerated again. Never again. That is why power of pardon by innocence, not guilt, must be embraced in America.
35) The request is to @POTUS. He's the only man with the power to pardon. But, I implore YOU. Please join me in making this bold request. Please, tweet out the following hashtag often and with your creative powers flowing. Join me in asking that our president:
