The DOJ swapped out attorneys on the census case without explanation.

Reminder: SDNY previously withdrew representation in the Census lawsuit, before being replaced by the last Main Justice team.

Judge Furman had questions about that and probably will about this too.
This was a footnote from one of Judge Furman’s rulings strongly suggesting that SDNY didn’t want to touch the #2020Census, noting he “could only speculate” as to the reasons for their withdrawal.
The WaPo’s lead rightly highlights how the DOJ’s latest census shake-up “possibly signal[s] career attorneys’ legal or ethical concerns” over the Trump admin’s maneuvering. washingtonpost.com/world/national…

Epstein’s Upper East Side townhouse, the one feds want to seize and which is valued at $77 million, was owned by an LLC. His two private jets were owned by separate entities that he controlled, court papers revealed yesterday.

This is a global shadow economy story.
"The defendant has refused to answer any questions about his income or assets for the Pretrial Services report, so the scope of his wealth and his assets remains entirely concealed to the government and to the court," Epstein's prosecutor, yesterday.
Something interesting:

Epstein's indictment says his Manhattan mansion is owned by an entity called Maple, Inc.

NYC records associated with that block/lot shows a $10 sale on Dec. 2011 by one Epstein-owned company to another. You read that right.

Happy 30th anniversary to my all time favorite movie. A movie that I don’t think will be be topped in terms of excitement, originality, buildup, hype, and fun. Batman wasn’t just a movie, it was a monumental event for all those who experienced it.

1) Seems more & more are anticipating the incapacitated #Justice. As no realtime reports, regarding her current status have been forthcoming, the actual situation that is being perpetrated is a #SC stasis agenda re: #RBG. If she doesn't show for a year or send her wish to
2) continue, her retirement could go 2a default retirement. However, there is precedent whereby a Justice has continued post debilitating stroke for a decade before being forced to resign. A Justice serves until retirement, impeachment or death. Let's add until a coverup ensues.
