Tom Steyer is actually running for president, confirming that his billionaire hubris knows no bounds. Potentially good for Bernie because it gives him a cartoonish, arrogant foil to rail against: Steyer is a less self-aware version of Mike Bloomberg with an impeachment obsession 
Anyone who signed up for Steyer's "Need to Impeach" email list got duped; he just sent out an email promoting his presidential campaign. Actually a clever strategy: generate a huge list through harebrained impeachment advocacy, then convert it into a campaign apparatus
Steyer's appeal links to an ActBlue donate page, so he's now in the ridiculous situation of soliciting $1 contributions in order to make the debates, despite pledging that he'll spend at least $100 million of his own money on the campaign
