This is a decent poll for Warren but not terrific, and both Warren and Sanders don't do quite as well in NH polls as you'd expect. I think for Warren, it's probably because Buttigieg polls well in NH and takes some of her college-educated vote.
For Sanders, I don't think there's any good excuse and it's probably just a sign that he doesn't do as well with highly-engaged voters, as are plentiful in NH.
With that said, his NH polls have been varied, with a mix of duds like this one and others that show him doing better.
