This time last year, I was jobless, didn't know jack shit in Javascript, never built a mobile app. Here I am today, writing codes, creating backend apps with ease, designing algorithms, playfully creating mobile apps and getting paid for doing what I used to do for fun.
All of these were possible simply because I took the risk. Resigning from my last job was one of the hardest decisions I ever made if not the hardest. But here I am enjoying the rewards of that tough decision.
The times before I got my current job were tough. I had to do all within my power to become an employable developer. 6+ hours of coding, solving challenges on @hackerrank, @SoloLearn, having to be up all night since that was when power was available, attend meetups,
spending all I had on data subscription, hours spent watching YouTube tutorials, applying for jobs endlessly and getting rejection emails. It paid off.
Thank you @Andela_Nigeria for the #ALC program, I am a grateful for the jumpstart the program gave me. I also have to thank @Babajiide for his encouraging words during the meetups.

I am still a work in progress. Desiring to be world class and the best at what I do. So I'm constantly pushing myself, looking for opportunities and striving hard to get better one day at a time.
