Basically all of the 6+ case managers that my case has been passed to have each straight up lied to me. Lied about what they’re telling the host, lied about the resolution process, lied about following up... @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp @bchesky @jgebbia @nathanblec

How. The. Fuck. Do u, @Airbnb & @AirbnbHelp, justify those service fees u charge? Do I legit need 2 explain 2 ur corp execs what “dispute resolution” means? That’s a serious quest. B/c y’all seem 2 think telling me 2 take care of it myself qualifies @bchesky @jgebbia @nathanblec

Post-resolution according to the host, who, apparently has 2 approve my request to cancel the rest of my reservation (based on false advertising) in order 4 me 2 get a refund. She’s informed me she’ll only issue a refund if it’s rebooked by someone else. 🖕🏻🖕🏻@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp
