ICYM this development on George Nader, who once provided foreign policy advice to the Trump campaign: prosecutors indicated charges may also be filed in New York. The evidence found on his phone during his arrest at JFK Airport in June would be the basis for those charges.

Good morning.
The #MuellerHearing begins at 8:30AM ET. First, he will testify before members of the House Judiciary Committee on Vol. II of his report which focuses on obstruction of justice allegations. Then, expected to begin around noon, the House Intel Committee takes over.
That’s when Mueller will answer questions about Vol. 1 which focuses on hacking + Russia disinformation campaign.

Confirmed - Nader pleaded not guilty to charges of transporting child pornography and transporting a 14 y/o boy. His trial is set for Sept 30 at the USDC Eastern District of Virginia.
