@chrisinsilico Why the overspending? Dominic Cummings has admitted Vote Leave used AIQ to place 1.5 billion ads like these on individual Facebook feeds in the days before the referendum. All completely under the radar of the regulator.

@chrisinsilico The sheer mendacity of the disinformation peddled to UK voters by Dominic Cummings & Vote Leave was breathtaking. Here's another of those dark Facebook ads, this one targeted on people identified as worried about immigration.
@chrisinsilico Incidentally, people who saw Channel 4's #Brexit: The Uncivil War might have thought Benedict Cumberbatch was overegging his portrayal of Dominic Cummings. If anything, the opposite is the case. The truth was both more complicated & much uglier.
